Going through old xanga posts cause I can’t sleep. What happened to wearing our hearts on our sleeve? Cleverly alluding to people we had crushes on and writing cool ass poetry that would get READ and CRITIQUED? Feels like we’ve gone through a cultural de-revolution. I miss teenage me…I miss being silly and childlike and letting my brain hang out for all to see.
Not that I miss my ex at ALL, but he sat down and read my ENTIRE blog and said that’s the reason he fell in love…OVER MY INNERMOST THOUGHTS!!! When does this EVER happen in real life? I miss this life man…I miss it hard. I miss people being so open and honest. I miss reading what other people are thinking beyond 140 characters. Most of all I miss everyone coming together and sharing thoughts. Raw & wriggling thoughts so slimy you could catch a disease if you got too close…but you always did and became disgusting nasty sick friends who—k nvm, too graphic? haha… boys don’t give a shit what’s in your head anymore. not when everyone’s a grown-up. such a shame, i tell you.
I miss being an AVGK. I miss being a science dork. I miss when that was cool. I miss writing with ellipses… and being emo… and that being okay… jk. but kinda tho. but really.
New day resolution: bring this feeling back. Now who’s with me?!

Oh and it’s my birthday again. I always always forget it. hmm… just a thought. gotta get to sleep so i can go to a hectic day of work, since it hasn’t even started yet and it’s ALREADY looney >< have mercy upon my wretched soul!

Why I love @facesofnatalia. We can not talk for years then he surprises me out of the blue and makes my day. ♡
Just taking a moment to be extremely thankful for everything being perfect. There may be little hiccups here and there, but the love that I feel right now is kicking all those hiccup asses. That is all.
